Savory pie in a pan: the quick and tasty recipe to try

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
230 g of bread flour
130 g of water
1 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of instant yeast
- For the stuffing:
1 zucchini
2 tbsp of tomato sauce (seasoned with salt, oil and oregano)
Grated cheese
Sliced mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Slice zucchini and cook it in a pan with oil and salt.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, water and oil.
3. Knead until you get a smooth dough. Then divide it in two equale parts and spread them in the shape of a circle.
4. Oil the bottom of a pan and place the first dough circle. Make some holes with a fork.
5. Stuff with tomato sauce, grated cheese, zucchini cooked before and mozzarella cheese.
6. Close with the second dough circle, seal the edges and make some holes on the surface.
7. Cook at low heat for 5-6 minutes on both sides.
