Soft crust savory pie: a tasty and colorful summer pie!

INGREDIENTSFor the crust:
3 eggs
100ml milk
100ml oil
50g Parmesan cheese
10g baking powder
220g flour
salt
For the filling:
200g cream cheese
cherry tomatoes
rocket
sweet corn
mozzarella
mortadella
DIRECTIONS
Beat the eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the Parmesan cheese, flour, milk, oil and mix everything together. Pour the mixture into a nonstick pie pan, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove it from the oven, let it cool. Spread a layer of cream cheese over it and then decorate with anything you like. We used sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, small mozzarella, and rocket. You could also add olives or salami. Let your creativity run wild!
