Savory stuffed pancakes: a quick and tasty recipe!

INGREDIENTS
220ml (1 cup) yogurt
150g (1 1/4 cup) flour
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
200g minced meat
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
2 tbsp shredded parmesan

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together yogurt, egg and spices, add in flour.
  2. In another bowl mix together meat with salt, pepper and Parmesan.
  3. Into the pan on medium heat add a tablespoon of prepared mixture top it with meat and another tablespoon of the mixture.
  4. Fry from both sides.
