Eggplant and tomato tarts: a quick and savory appetizer recipe

Ingredients:
1 eggplant
1 rectangular puff pastry sheet
60 g of tomato sauce
1 bell pepper
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Oregano
15 ml of milk (or 1 egg yolk)
90 g of mozzarella cheese
Grated cheese

Cherry tomatoes
Directions:
1. For starters cut the eggplant and bell pepper.
2. Place everything on a baking tray and season with oil, salt and pepper.
3. Bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
4. Cut puff pastry, shape the tarts and brush with milk.
5. Stuff them and bake at 190° for 15-20 minutes.
