Rosemary mini flatbread: the recipe to make them fragrant and fluffy

Ingredients:
200 g of semolina flour
50 g of all-purpose flour
160 g of warm water
20 ml of olive oil
6 g of salt
Coarse salt
7 g of fresh brewer's yeast
Rosemary
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast into water.
2. Aside, mix flours in a bowl.
3. Then add salt and the yeast mixture.
4. Lastly add oil.
5. Mix then knead.
6. Cover with some plastic wrap and let rise for 20 minutes.
7. Cut the dough in 6 pieces and spread them to shape some circles.
8. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
9. Season with salt, rosemary and oil.
10. Bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes.
