Berries and cream pie: the mouthwatering dessert to try

Ingredients:
- For the shortcrust pastry:
1 egg
80 g of sugar
80 g of butter
Grated lemon zest
2 g of baking powder
200 g of flour
- For the filling:
250 g of mascarpone cheese
80 g of sugar
50 g of condensed milk
Grated orange zest
Vanilla extract
- For decoration:
80 g of berries
10 g of lemon juice
20 g of sugar
3 g of gelatin
Directions:
1. For the shortcrust pastry: in a bowl whisk eggs and sugar, then add melted butter. Also add lemon zest, baking powder and flour. Shape the dough and let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Filling: mix mascarpone cheese with sugar. Add condensed milk, orange zest, vanilla extract and let cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Spread shortcrust pastry and place it in a mold. Bake at 200° for 20 minutes.
4. Make decoration: in a saucepan cook the berries with lemon juice and sugar. Then add gelatin.
5. Assemble the pie and store it in the fridge before serving.
