Blueberry pie: all the secrets to make it creamy and tasty!

Try this recipe and you won't regret it!
INGREDIENTS:
Short crust pastry:
• 250g / 2 cups flour (all purpose)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 100g butter
• 2 eggs
• 60g / 0.3 cup sugar
Sour cream filling:
• 350g sour cream
•2 eggs
• 90g / 0.45 cup sugar
• 20g starch
• vanilla sugar
• 300g berries
PREPARATION:
- Beat eggs with sugar. Pour baking powder into flour. Mix.
- Add butter and beat in a blender. Combine the prepared mixture with eggs and knead the dough.
- Put the dough into the mold.
- Mix sugar with starch. Add eggs and stir.
- Add vanilla sugar and sour cream, stir.
- Put the berries on the dough and pour over the sour cream filling.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° C.
