Blueberry pie: all the secrets to make it creamy and tasty!

Try this recipe and you won't regret it! 
 
INGREDIENTS:
Short crust pastry:
 • 250g / 2 cups flour (all purpose)
 • 1 tsp baking powder
 • 100g butter
 • 2 eggs
 • 60g / 0.3 cup sugar
 
Sour cream filling:
 • 350g sour cream
 •2 eggs
 • 90g / 0.45 cup sugar
 • 20g starch
 • vanilla sugar
 • 300g berries
 
PREPARATION:
  1. Beat eggs with sugar.  Pour baking powder into flour.  Mix.
  2. Add butter and beat in a blender.  Combine the prepared mixture with eggs and knead the dough.
  3. Put the dough into the mold.
  4. Mix sugar with starch.  Add eggs and stir. 
  5. Add vanilla sugar and sour cream, stir.
  6. Put the berries on the dough and pour over the sour cream filling. 
  7. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° C.
