Stuffed tomatoes: the easy for a savory meal to try

Ingredients:
2 large-sized tomatoes (700g)
1 small onion
200 g of minced meat
Olive oil
Half a bell pepper
Salt and pepper
5 g of ginger
6 g of sweet paprika
5 g of turmeric
1 tbsp of tomato paste
Fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves (or garlic powder)
70-80 g of mozzarella cheese
Dried oregano
Directions:
1. Empty the tomatoes using a spoon.
2. Finely chop the onion and stir fry it in a pan with some olive oil.
3. Also add diced bell pepper.
4. Cook at medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
5. Now mix in meat and tomato pulp.
6. Season with all of the spices, then add tomato paste and chopped fresh parsley.
7. Cook and stir from time to time until all the liquids evaporate.
8. Stuff the tomatoes with shredded mozzarella cheese and the meat mixture.
9. Place the tomatoes in a tray with some olive oil on the bottom, and bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
10. Now add some mozzarella, olive oil and dried oregano on top.
11. Finish baking for another 15 minutes.
