Stuffed calamari in tomato sauce: the tasty, quick and easy recipe!

A simple recipe for a quick and delightful dinner.
INGREDIENTS

7 squids;
150g (2 ½ cup) fresh breadcrumbs;
40g (¼ cup) black olives, chopped;
50ml (3 tbsp) olive oil;
salt and pepper to taste;
15g (3 tbsp) parsley;
1l (4 cups) tomato sauce.

METHOD
- Clean up the squid as shown in the video, saving the tentacles.
Season tentacles with salt and some olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C/400°F. - Chop cooled tentacles into pieces and add them into breadcrumbs, following with black olives, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix very well.
- Stuff each cleaned squid with bread mixture (not too tight) and secure with a toothpick.
- Fry squid with some olive oil until golden on both sides, then transfer into a pan filled with tomato sauce and stew for 20 minutes or until done. Remove toothpicks before serving.
