Stuffed calamari in tomato sauce: the tasty, quick and easy recipe!

A simple recipe for a quick and delightful dinner.

INGREDIENTS
7 squids;
150g (2 ½ cup) fresh breadcrumbs;
40g (¼ cup) black olives, chopped;
50ml (3 tbsp) olive oil;
salt and pepper to taste;
15g (3 tbsp) parsley;
1l (4 cups) tomato sauce.
METHOD
  1. Clean up the squid as shown in the video, saving the tentacles.
    Season tentacles with salt and some olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C/400°F.
  2. Chop cooled tentacles into pieces and add them into breadcrumbs, following with black olives, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix very well.
  3. Stuff each cleaned squid with bread mixture (not too tight) and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Fry squid with some olive oil until golden on both sides, then transfer into a pan filled with tomato sauce and stew for 20 minutes or until done. Remove toothpicks before serving.
