Cherries and chocolate cake: the recipe for a delicious dessert to try

Ingredients: 
 
- For the batter: 
4 eggs 
A pinch of salt 
105 g of sugar 
40 g of oil 
65 g of milk
105 g of flour 
25 g of cocoa powder
7 g of baking powder 
 
- For the cream filling: 
200 g of cherries 
40 g of sugar 
150 ml of water 
100 g of cream 
250 g of mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese) 
80 g of powdered sugar 
400 g of whipping cream
100 g of chocolate 
100 g of hot cream 
 
- For decoration:
70 g of dark chocolate 
80 g of milk chocolate

Directions: 
1. In a bowl whisk eggs and sugar for about 10 minutes. 
2. Add oil and milk. 
3. Aside mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Sift them and stir them into the batter. 
4. Pour the batter into a cake mold (20 cm diameter) and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 35 minutes. 
5. In a saucepan mix cherries, sugar and water. Boil and cook for 2 minutes. 
6. Melt chocolate with hot cream, stir well and let cool. 
7. Mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar and cream using electrical whisks, then add chocolate. 
8. Refine the cake and cut it into 3 equal layers. 
9. Drain the cherries you cooked before and use the liquid to wet the cake. 
10. Alternate wet cake layers and chocolate cream layers, adding cherries you made before in between. 
11. After coating the cake with chocolate cream, let it cool in the fridge for 3 hours. 
12. Melt both milk and dark chocolate, stir well and let it harden in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. 
13. Make some chocolate curls using a spoon and use them to decorate the cake. 
14. Decorate the top also with cream peaks and whole cherries.
