Cabbage fritters: pretty, good and easy to make

Ingredients: 
500 g of cabbage 
Water (for cooking) 
Salt 
Half an onion 
Olive oil 
2 eggs 
Salt and pepper 
Sweet paprika 
Garlic powder (or 1 garlic clove) 
Dried thyme 
70 g of cornstarch
60 g of cream cheese 
Half a lemon juice
Mayonnaise 
Garlic powder 
Fresh parsley 
 
Directions: 
1. Cut and wash the cabbage. 
2. Boil it into salted water for about 12 minutes. 
3. Cut the onion and stir fry in in a pan for another 12 minutes. 
4. The mix cooked cabbage and onion in a bowl. 
5. Add eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and corn starch. 
6. Make the fritters and cook them in a pan with some oil. 
7. Also make a sauce to serve with the fritters.
