Ingredients:
Cauliflower 400-500g
2 Eggs

Grated mozzarella 100g
7 cherry tomatoes

Directions:
1. Clean the cauliflower and cut it into fairly thick slices.
2. In a bowl mix the eggs with salt, pepper and yogurt.
3. Add the flour and make a batter.
4. Dip the cauliflower and fry it in hot oil.
5. Season it and bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes.
