Prosciutto, Olive, and Basil Cauliflower Pizza: your dinner guests will really enjoy this tasty dish

INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower, cut to florets
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/2 tsp dried basil1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup tomato sauce
Sliced prosciutto
Fresh basil leaves
Sliced black olives
Pinch of red pepper flakes
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add cauliflower florets to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower is a fine crumb.
Microwave cauliflower in a medium bowl for 2-3 minutes.
Add egg, basil, oregano, salt, and parmesan. Stir together until combined. Add 1 cup shredded mozzarella and stir to combine.
Add cauliflower mixture to the center of the lined baking sheet. Spread into a round, even disk - approximately 10-12 inches in diameter.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges begin to brown.
Top with tomato sauce and remaining 1 cup shredded mozzarella. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
To with sliced prosciutto, basil leaves, sliced black olives and red pepper flakes. Serve.
