Pumpkin and potato soup

Ingredients:
Pumpkin 400-500gr
Olive oil
1 Leek
Potatoes 200-250gr
Salt and pepper
Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
Garlic cloves to taste
Oregano
Rosemary
Water 600ml
Slices of bread
Fresh liquid cream 70ml
Chives

Directions:
1. In a pan, cook the leek, then add the potatoes.
2. Also add salt, pepper, tomato paste and water.
3. Cut the pumpkin and bake at 200° for 35-40 minutes.
4. Add the pumpkin puree to the pan together with the cream.
5. Blend everything and serve with bread croutons.
