INGREDIENTS
30g Crumbled biscuits
1 tbsp Italian herbs
10ml water
Chicken breast
Salt
Pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cauliflower
4 tbsp ranch dressing
4 slices bacon

METHOD
In a bowl, combine crumbled biscuits, Italian herbs and water. Stir until stuffing is softened.

Place stuffing on a parchment paper, over the stuffing, layer 1 chicken breast, salt and pepper, cheese, cauliflower, more cheese, ranch dressing and chopped bacon.
Fold the sides of the parchment paper up into a packet.

Bake at 350°F/180°C for 35 minutes
