Caramelized red onion: the delicious side dish to absolutely try

Ingredients:

1 golden onion

3 red onions

White wine vinegar

1 tsp salt

Ground black pepper

2 large tablespoons of white sugar

4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

1. Cut the onions into wedges and cook in a pan with oil for 5 minutes.

2. Then add salt, pepper and mix.

3. Then add the sugar and white wine vinegar.

4. Let it evaporate and then serve this delight.
