Yogurt cloud cake: how to make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
8 g vanillin
40 g sugar
4 yolks
40 g sugar
350 g Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Zest of orange or lemon
70 g corn starch
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with salt, vanilla and sugar.
2. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar and yogurt.
3. Then add the lemon juice, zest and starch.
4. Finally add the whipped egg whites and mix everything well.
5. Pour the mixture into a mold and place it in a pan.
6. Pour some water into the pan and bake at 170 ° for 50 minutes and at 130 ° for 15 minutes.
