Stuffed focaccia bread: the simple and tasty idea to make in a pan

Ingredients:
150 g potatoes
100 ml milk
Salt
30 g butter
300 g flour
100 g mozzarella
Butter to cook the focaccia
Directions:
1. First boil the potatoes and set aside.
2. Then in a bowl mix milk, melted butter, flour and salt.
3. Form a homogeneous loaf and let it stand for 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, mash the potatoes and season with a little salt.
5. Roll out the dough, fill and close.
6. Melt some butter in a pan and cook the focaccia.
