Potato fritters: the useful tip to make them crispy and tasty

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
salt
Boiling water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs
100 g cheese
pepper
Fry oil
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes into julienne strips and place them in salted water for 15 minutes.
2. Dry them well and place them in a bowl, then add the starch.
3. Also add the beaten eggs, cheese and pepper.
4. Form the pancakes and fry them in a pan with hot oil.
