Fried crepes rolls with vegetables: a very savory and tasty recipe to try

Ingredients:
1 onion
Olive oil
Salt
1 carrot
500 g of cabbage
3 tsp of cumin seeds
Black pepper
50 g of tomato paste
200 ml of water
2+2 eggs
320 ml of milk
160 g of flour
100 g of breadcrumbs
Dry oregano
Directions:
1. Chop the onion and fry it in a pan with some olive oil. Add grated carrot and sliced cabbage too.
2. Season with oregano, cumin seeds and black pepper.
3. Aside, mix water and tomato paste then pour this mixture on the vegetables.
4. Cook at low heat for 15 minutes with a lid on.
5. In a bowl whisk eggs, then add milk, salt and flour. Lastly add oil. Stir to blend all the ingredients.
6. Pour a spoonful of this batter into a very hot pan and cook both sides to make a thin crepe.
7. Fill the crepes with two tbsp of cooked vegetables, then wrap them.
8. Aside, mix eggs with 2 tbsp of flour.
9. Coat the crepes into this mixture and then into breadcrumbs.
10. Fry in a pan until golden on both sides.
