Rice and pumpkin fritters: the tasty recipe very easy to prepare

Ingredients:
500 gr of rice for timbales
80 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
30 gr of butter
600 gr of pumpkin
100 gr of mozzarella
1 vegetable nut
3 cloves of garlic
Breading:
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs to taste
Directions:
1. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook in a pan with oil, salt, garlic and water.
2. Then mash the pumpkin and add it to the cooked rice.
3. Add cheese, butter and spread the mixture.
4. Let it cool and make the supplì stuffing them.
5. Pass the supplì in the eggs, breadcrumbs and fry.
