Cabbage and potato bundles: the easy recipe for a tasty meal

Ingredients:
700 g of potatoes
Salt
1 onion
Olive oil
Chili pepper
1 bell pepper
400 g of cabbage
Cumin seeds
Fresh parsley
2 tbsp of tomato paste
3 eggs
3 tbsp of flour
150 ml of water
150 g of cheese
Black pepper
Breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with some olive oil. Season with salt.
2. Then add chopped chili pepper too.
3. Dice the bell pepper and put it in the pan.
4. Peel and cut the potatoes in big pieces, then boil it.
5. Soak the cabbage leaves into hot water for 30 minutes.
6. Mash the boiled potatoes and add cooked vegetables and grated cheese.
7. Season with pepper and chopped parsley. Mix with a spoon until well combined.
8. Fill the cabbage leaves with the potato mix.
9. Whisk the eggs with a fork and add flour.
10. Dip the cabbage rolls in this batter and then coat them with bread crumbs.
11. Fry the rolls in a pan with some olive oil until they're golden on every side.
