Chocolate and hazelnut cake: the recipe for a mouthwatering dessert

Ingredients: 
 
- For the batter: 
250 g of chocolate 
250 g of whipping cream 
4 eggs 
A pinch of salt 
140 g of granulated sugar 
10 g of vanilla sugar 
59 g of melted butter 
110 g of flour 
30 g of cocoa powder 
3 g of baking powder 
 
- For the filling cream: 
330 g of crema cheese 
50 g of powdered sugar 
200 g of whipping cream 
50 g of toasted and chopped hazelnuts 
Coffee
80/100 ml of milk or liquor 
 
- For decoration 
100 g of chocolate 
10 g of vegetable oil 
25 g of toasted and chopped hazelnuts 
 
Directions: 
1. Start by pouring hot whipping cream onto chocolate. Mix until it's completely melted, then let it cool in the fridge for 2 hours covered with some plastic wrap. 
2. In a bowl mix eggs, salt, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the mix for 10 minutes until it's white and foamy. 
3. Add melted butter and mix again. 
4. Mix and sift the powders (flour, cocoa and baking powder). Mix them into the batter in two times. 
5. Pour the batter in a cake pan (18 cm diameter) covered in baking paper. 
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees for 60 minutes.
7. Cut the cake into 3 equal layers. 
8. Now make the cream by combining cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipping cream. Mix until you get a smooth cream. 
9. Combine with the chocolate ganache you made before but keep some of it aside. 
10. In what's left of the chocolate ganache mix chopped hazelnuts.
11. Now assemble the dessert with cake layers wet with a coffee and milk (or liquor) mix, chocolate cream and chocolate ganache in the middle. 
12. Refine the cake exterior with chocolate cream too. 
13. Let cool in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours. 
14. Decorate with some melted chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.
