Cream puffs with custard: fluffy and fragrant dessert

Ingredients (about 40 pcs):
For the batter:
100 g of water
100 g of butter
100 g of butter
100 g of flour
3 large eggs
1 pinch of salt
For the cream:
250 ml of fresh whole milk
250 ml of cream
250 g of mascarpone cheese
5 large yolks
40 g of cornstarch
1 pack of vanillin
Method:
1. Start with the cream. Pour milk and cream into a small saucepan, heat them up on the stove without make them boil.
2. Aside, in a pot with a thick bottom, pour the yolks and the sugar and mix them with a whisk. After that, add the cornstarch and mix again. Lastly, add the vanillin.
3. Take back the saucepan and pour the cream/milk mix and pour it a little at a time into di cream batter until it's fully mixed.
4. Bring back the cream on the stove at medium setting and mix continually until it thickens.
5. Now that's ready, pour the cream in a short and large baking tray, cover it with saran wrap to let it cool in the fridge for at least 2 o 3 hours.
6. Meanwhile, prepare the cream puffs by putting water, butter in pieces and a pinch of salto into a pot with a thick bottom. Cook on the stove.
7. When the butter is completely melted and it starts boiling, add the flour and keep cooking for a couple of minutes mixing continually. The batter is ready when it is very thick and detaches from the pot's sides.
8. Move the cream puffs butter into a bowl and add the egg; mix with a electric whisk until the egg it's completely absorbed. Repeat this process for every remaining egg.
9. Wet the bottom of a baking tray and cover it with baking paper. Now you can make your cream puffs using a pastry bag with a large and smooth tip.
10. Cook in pre-heated static over at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
11. While the cream puffs cool, take bake the custard from the fridge and mix it to make it creamy again. Then add in a mix of cream cheese and powdered sugar.
12. Fill the cream puffs and decorated them. and decorate with some more powdered sugar.
