Sausage buns: how to prepare this fluffy and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
3 tbsp butter, melted.
1 large egg, room temperature, whisk & take 1 tbsp for egg wash.
125ml of warm milk
8 pieces of small sausages
Toasted bread crumbs + mayonnaise as needed
Directions:
In a large bowl mix flour, salt and sugar. Then add dry yeast, melted butter, egg and milk. Make a dough and rest for 90 minutes.
Divide the dough in 8 pieces and add the sausage. Cover for 30 minutes. Then cover with bread crumbs and mayonnaise. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20-25 minutes.
