Meatballs and potato casserole: the easy meal rich of flavor

Ingredients:

10 boiled potato

500 gr minced meat

1 onion

Salt and pepper to taste

350 gr sour cream

2 eggs

150 gr shredded cheese

Directions:

In a large bowl mix minced meat with chopped onion, salt and pepper.

Peel the potatoes, boil them and cut into slices.

Place the potato slices in a baking dish and make the meatballs. Add in the baking dish too.

In a bowl mix sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture on the meat and potato and bake at 400°F (200°) for 45 minutes. Finally top with shredded cheese and bake for other 5 minutes.
