Potato stuffed triangles: easy recipe to enjoy your meal

Ingredients:
500 gr potatoes
1 egg
2 spoons of seed oil
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
1 sprig of parsley
240 gr of 00 flour
10 gr of instant yeast for savory pies
200 gr of stringy cheese

Directions:
Boil and mash the potatoes, then add egg, oil, salt, pepper, parsley, flour and yeast. Work the ingredients well and make a homogeneous dough.
Divide it in two, roll out and stuff. Cut the triangles and fry them in a pan with oil.
