Stuffed bread triangles: full of cabbage and veggies!

INGREDIENTS
• 8g dry yeast
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 egg yolks
• 300ml/10,6oz milk
• 50g/ 1/3 cup butter
• 500g/3,3 cups flour
 
  Filling:
• 500g cabbage
• 2 onions
• 1 carrot
• 20ml oil
•salt and pepper
 
• 1 yolk
• 1 tbsp milk
 
METHOD
  1.  Mix yeast, sugar and 3 tablespoons of warm milk, then let it rest. In a bowl, beat egg yolks, a teaspoon of sugar, milk, melted butter and a mixture with baking powder. Add flour and form a dough, let it rise to double the volume.
  2. Fry the onions, then chop the vegetables and put them in the pan. Add salt and pepper and leave to soften.
  3. Roll out the dough and form balls, roll them, fill them and close everything, as shown in the video. Place your triangles in a baking dish, cover them and leave for 30 minutes. Lubricate the egg yolk and milk and bake at 180 ° C / 350 ° F for 15-20 minutes.
