Spinach homemade bread

Ingredients:
Flour 350g
Milk 120 ml
Butter 40g
Honey 7g
Salt
Fresh baby spinach 200g
Green onion 4
Salt and pepper
Heavy paprika
Fresh parsley
Grated mozzarella
Olive oil
 
Directions
1.Dough: mix flour, milk, salt, honey and butter in a bowl.
2. Form a loaf and let it rest.
3. Chop the spinach and mix with onion, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley.
4. Roll out the dough and stuff it.
5. Cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
