Chicken in a pan with cicora and bread

Ingredients:
Oil evo
3 cloves of garlic
500 g chicken
Salt and pepper
1/2 glass of white wine
Water q.b.
Rosemary
4 fillets of anchovy
1/2 glass of vinegar
1 glass of tomato puree
Cake to the text:
250 g flour
1 pinch of salt
130 g warm water
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Chicory: The European Union
500/600 g of cichoriana
2 cloves of garlic
Oil evo
Salt and chilli
Directions:
1. In a pan, sauté 3 cloves of garlic and then brown the chicken.
2. Gradually add salt, wine and water, let it cook.
3. Meanwhile, boil the cicoria.
4. Add the pepper to the chicken and if it still needs water.
5. Start kneading the ingredients for the cake to the text, form a loaf and let stand 10 minutes.
6. Sauté in a pan the courgette.
7. Chop the rosemary with the anchovies and mix it with the vinegar.
8. Add the chicken mixture and finally add the tomato.
9. Spread the dough and bake the cake with the text.
10. Serve all together.
