6 ingredients pudim flan: a no-bake dessert to fall in love with!

You only need 6 ingredients to make a real delicacy for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS

Sugar 2 cups

Water 1 cup

Gelatin 2 packs

Water 1/2 cup

Condensed milk 500 ml

Yogurt or cream 400 ml

Milk 400 ml

METHOD

In a pan melt the sugar and add water, mix until dissolved.
In another pan add gelatin and water, mix well.
Mix together gelatin with condensed milk, yogurt and milk. Pour into the bowl and leave for 4 hours, then pour the caramel on top and leave for 2 hours more.
