Milk bread: all the steps to prepare it at home

Ingredients:
2 eggs
312 gr flour
3 spoons of sugar
2 tbsp milk powder
2 spoons of dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
125 ml warm milk
3 spoons of butter
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, sugar, milk powder, salt and dry yeast. Then add the eggs and milk. Mix well and add the butter. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume. Then roll it out, roll it up and crush it. Roll it up again and insert it into the mold. Let rise again and make cuts on the surface, brush with yolk and bake at 356°F (180°)for 45 minutes.
