Cabbage omelette: the tasty way to prepare it

Ingredients:

1 onion

1 carrot

400 gr cabbage

Oil

2 eggs

1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp flour

Directions:

Cut onion and savoy cabbage, then grate the carrot. Cook together in a pan with oil.

Then mix eggs, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Pour over the vegetables and add the flour. Stir and cook in a pan.
