Homemade bread rolls: the recipe to make them perfect

Ingredients:
500 gr flour 00
5 gr dry brewer's yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tsp salt
60 ml extra virgin olive oil
300 ml warm water
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the flour with dry yeast and sugar. Then add salt, oil and warm water. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rise for 2 hours. Form the rolls and let them rise for an hour. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
