Fluffy twisted brioche: how to prepare this incredible recipe

Ingredients:
240 ml milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
60 gr butter
5 gr brewer's yeast
10 ml milk
1 egg
500 gr flour
Directions:
Melt the butter with milk and sugar. Also add the salt.
Then dissolve the yeast in 10 ml of milk.
Pour everything into the mixer and gradually add the flour. Form a homogeneous dough and leave to rise for 2 hours.
Mix two pieces of butter with two tablespoons of sugar and melt everything. Roll out the dough, brush the mixture with butter and fold it several times.
Then form the brioche, brush egg and milk, add the sugar and bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
