Brioche twist in ASMR: how to make them soft and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
120ml (2/5 cup) of lukewarm milk
50g (2 1/3 tbsp) of sugar
4g of dry yeast
1 egg
280g (2 1/6 cups) of flour
1/4 tsp of salt
30g of butter
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together milk with sugar and yeast, and add in butter, egg, flour, and salt. Let it rise for 1 hour.
2. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and twist them around the stick.
3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
