How to prepare the best mini apple cakes ever

Ingredients:
3 apples (450 g)
juice of 1 lemon
a pinch of salt
1 egg
250g of soft wheat flour 00
100g of white sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
40ml of soybean or corn oil
Directions:
In a bowl, beat the egg with the salt, sugar and mix. Then add the oil, lemon juice and then add and integrate the cubed apples. Add flour and yeast.
Form the cakes and sprinkle the sugar. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
