Roses pie

Ingredients:
minced beef – 300 g (10 oz);
salt and pepper;
1 tsp dried basil;
1 tsp dried garlic;
a sheet of puff pastry.

Instructions
Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and cut out 5 cm (2 inch) circles out of it.
Mix minced beef with salt, pepper, garlic and basil.
Put 4 pastry circles side to side. Spread about a tablespoon of minced beef across the dough and fold it in half. Roll the pastry to form a rosebud. Repeat with leftovers.
Place all rosebuds into a spring form and bake at 200 C (400 F) for 25 minutes.
