CITRONETTE: add extra flavor to your dishes!

INGREDIENTS
1 lemon (60ml lemon juice)
65ml (1/4 cup) extra virgin olive oil
A pinch of salt
METHOD
1. To prepare the citronette, cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice (about 60ml).
2. Pour the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, and salt into an immersion blender jug. Blend for about 2 minutes, until you obtain a creamy sauce.
3. Serve the citronette in a small bowl and enjoy.
