Homemade waffles: the simple recipe to make them perfect

Ingredients:
250g flour
50g sugar
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
1 large tablespoon liquid vanilla or 1 sachet vanilla sugar
400ml milk at room temperature
11g baking powder
50g melted butter

Directions:
1. In a bowl mix the flour with sugar and a pinch of salt.
2. Add eggs, vanilla extract and milk.
3. Then add baking powder and melted butter.
4. Form a mixture without lumps and let it rest for 30 minutes.
5. Cook the mixture in the waffle mold.
