Lemon custard pie: the recipe for a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
250 g of flour
5 g of baking powder
60 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
100 g of butter
1 egg
- For the custard:
300 ml of milk
Lemon zest and juice
2 eggs
60 g of sugar
30 g of corn starch
25 g of butter
- For the decoration:
Almond flakes
Powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and butter in a bowl.
2. Then add eggs and knead.
3. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Pour milk and lemon zest in a saucepan, then bring to a boil.
5. Whisk eggs, sugar and corn starch. Add warm milk.
6. Now place back on the stove and cook until it thickens. Lastly add butter.
7. Coat a cake mold with the dough and fill with lemon custard.
8. Grate some leftover dough on top to make a crumble. Then decorate with almond flakes.
9. Bake at 170° for 30-35 minutes.
