Coconut parfait: the recipe to make it creamy and delicious with no oven

Ingredients:
500 ml of milk
400 ml of coconut milk
180 of mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese)
80 g of corn starch
100 g of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Grated coconut
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, corn starch, coconut milk, vanilla sugar and milk in a saucepan.
2. Cook on the stove at medium heat and bring to a boil stirring until it thickens.
3. Let cool for two minutes, then add mascarpone cheese.
4. Pour the mixture in a mold and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
5. Now decorate with grated coconut and serve.
