Custard and strawberries cake: the recipe to make a fluffy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
2 eggs
300 g of flour
250 g of strawberries (+ 4-5 for decoration)
150 g of sugar
80 ml of seeds oil
80 ml of milk
Lemon zest
16 g of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
- For the custard:
1 egg
250 ml of milk
80 g of sugar
25 g of flour
Vanillin
Lemon zest
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, vanillin and milk in a bowl.
2. Move the batter into a pot and bring to a boil until it thickens.
3. Now cover with some plastic wrap and let cool.
4. For the batter: whisk eggs and sugar, lemon zest and salt.
5. Then add milk and oil.
6. Lastly stir in sifted flour and baking powder, then stir in diced strawberries.
7. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured cake mold, place custard on top and decorate with fresh strawberries.
8. Bake at 180° for 45-50 minutes.
9. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve in slices.
