Cauliflower fritters: the recipe to make them crispy and tasty

Ingredients:
700 g of cauliflower
3 eggs
Chives
Dill
2 garlic cloves
40 g of grated cheese
70 g of flour
Frying oil
Salt
Chili pepper
Directions:
1. Cut the cauliflower in pieces and boil it for 10 minutes.
2. Mix with eggs, chili pepper, salt, chives, dill and garlic.
3. Then add grated cheese and flour, too.
4. Stir into and even batter.
5. Shape the fritters and cook in a slightly greased pan until golden and crispy on each side.
