Bacon and potato rolls: the tasty recipe you really need to try

Ingredients:
3 potatoes
Salt and pepper
Red bell pepper
Spring onion
75 g of cheese
400 g of bacon slices
Olive oil
Smoked paprika
2 tbsp of ketchup
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes, cut them in pieces and boil in salted water.
2. Mash the potatoes and mix with finely diced bell pepper and green onion.
3. Add grated cheese, too. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Fill bacon slices with this mixture and roll.
5. Place the rolls in a greased tray.
6. Bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
7. Make the seasoning mixing olive oil, paprika and ketchup, then brush on the rolls.
8. Continue baking for another 10 minutes.
