Tarte au sucre: you really need to try this!

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
350g (2.5 cup) flour
100ml (2/5 cup) milk
50ml (1/5 cup) yogurt
1 egg
salt
40g (3 tbsp) sugar
7g (2 tsp) dry yeast
 
For egg mixture:
1 egg
60g (3 tbsp) yogurt
80g (6 tbsp) brown sugar
20g (1 tbsp) melted butter
 
METHOD
  1. Make the dough and let it rise for 2 hours.
  2. Put it into a cake pan and let it rise 1 hour. With your fingertips, make cavities in the dough then pour the egg mixture.
  3. Bake at 160C for 30 minutes. Serve.
