Mussels au gratin: a tasty Italian recipe to try

INGREDIENTS
900g of mussels
Salt
Water
130g of stale bread
15g (2 1/2 tbsp) of parmesan
Parsley
2 cloves of garlic
Pepper
80ml (1/2 cup) of olive oil
METHOD
1. In a bowl with mussels add the salt and water and press with your hands to wash them. Drain the water and clean the mussels.
2. In a food processor add the stale bread, parmesan, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil and mix to combine.
3. Fill the mussels with the prepared mixture and transfer to the baking dish.
4. Add a drizzle of olive oil, transfer to the oven, and bake at 190°C/392°F for 20 minutes.
5. Serve them all together on a serving plate and enjoy.
