Quick meat rolls: the recipe to make a tasty appetizer

Ingredients:
2 puff pastry sheets
- For the filling:
160 g of meat
1 tsp of olive oil
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 bell pepper
Salt and pepper
120 g of grated cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
Parsley
3-4 tbsp fo sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Stir fry onion, bell pepper, garlic and meat in a pan with some olive oil on the bottom.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix with grated cheese, egg, mayonnaise and chopped parsley.
4. Fill puff pastry, cut in smaller rectangles and roll.
5. Brush with whisked egg and decorate with some sesame seeds. 6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 20*25 minutes.
