Aromatic bread swivels: the fragrant and tasty recipe you really need to try

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
500 g of flour (200 g of Manitoba flour + 150 g of cake flour + 150 g of wholemeal flour)
15 g of fresh brewer's yeast
350 ml of water
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of olive oil
- For the seasoning:
50 g of butter
30 ml of olive oil
1 tsp of salt
Rosemary
Parsley
Nutmeg
Directions:
1. For starters mix flours.
2. Then add crumbled yeast and water.
3. Knead and let rest for 20 minutes.
4. Then add salt and oil.
5. Knead into a smooth and even dough, then let rise for 2 hours.
6. Mix aromatic herbs with nutmeg, salt, oil and melted butter.
7. Cut the dough in smaller pieces about 70-80 g each.
8. Flatten and roll, then dip into the aromatic seasoning.
9. Let rise 1 more hour.
10. Bake at 190° for about 25-30 minutes.
