Lentil patties: the tasty recipe to try at home

Ingredients:
220 g of red lentils
Half an onion
1 garlic clove
1 carrot
Fresh parsley
1 tsp of salt
Pepper
2 tbsp of tomato sauce
2 tbsp of evo oil
Directions:
1. Soak lentils for 2 hours.
2. Then pour in a food processor and add garlic, onion, grated carrot, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and oil.
3. Blend into a smooth and even mixture.
4. Shape the patties with oiled hands.
5. Cook them in a pan with some olive oil 3 minutes each side.
